Korean Veggie "Beef" Bowl

Hi hi!

This is one of the most comforting plant based meals I've had in a long time. It's sweet, salty, spicy, warm, and delicious. It has a ton of nutrients and it's super easy to put together! A few of you asked when I posted it on my IG stories so here it is.

Korean Veggie "Beef"

Prep time: 7-10 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Total time: 17-20 minutes

Serving: 2


- 1/2 pack of Yves Ground Round, original

- 1-2 tbsp of stevia

- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce

- 1 tsp of sesame oil

- 1 thai chilli pepper,chopped

- 2 garlic cloves

- 1/2 red onion

- 1/2 red pepper (optional)

- 1 tbsp of ginger, minced

- 1 stalk of green onion

- 1/2 cup of broccoli chunks ,cooked (optional)

-1 cup of jasmine rice


1. In a large frying pan, cook the chopped red onion with olive oil over medium high heat. Add in the garlic and veggie ground after and cook for 3 minutes or so.

2. Add in the ginger, stevia/sugar substitute, soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli peppers, red pepper, and broccoli to the ground mix

3. After cooking for a few minutes, top the "beef" mixture on a bed of rice with some green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
